Currently we are aware of an issue that occurs when the website is accessed from a bookmark of the login page, and an error page is displayed after successfully logging in.
Problem:
When accessing the Impirica web platform by using a bookmark, you are presented with the following screen after a successful login.
Solution:
A quick solution would be to delete the "/error" from the URL. This will direct you to the dataset screen.
The current recommended solution would be to either change your existing bookmark or by creating a new bookmark.
You can create a new bookmark manually by following the below instructions:
1. Select the 3 dots from the top right of your Google Chrome browser
2. Hover over "Bookmarks" for the sub menu to appear
3. Select "Bookmark Manager"
4. Select the 3 dots on the top right of your screen within the blue bar and select "Add new bookmark"
5. Enter a descriptive name of the website, such as "ExceleRATE Web Portal" or "Impirica Web Platform"
