If your tablet is damaged or broken:
  1. Check the manufacturer's warranty information to determine if the damage is covered.
  2. Confirm whether the warranty is active or expired.
    1. Contact the manufacturer or look for certified repair facilities near you.
  3. If your tablet is beyond repair, you can source a new tablet based on our approved device list here: https://support.impirica.tech/portal/en/kb/articles/impirica-app-and-approved-devices
