The Impirica support agent will initiate the remote assist session and will provide you with the session ID to join.
At first the session will be view only for the support agent and will request access to gain control of the machine.
The support agent will not be able to capture screenshots or transfers files to and from the machine without consent.
- Navigate to https://assist.impirica.tech/join
- Enter the session ID as provided by the Impirica Support Technician.
- Enter your company email address in the name field

- Select “Join Session”.
- Select "Download".
- Once you select download, you will see a file in the bottom left hand corner. The file will take a few moments to download (indicated by a blue ring around the icon).

- Once the file is downloaded, click on the file. You will see the file description change to "Opening" and a new screen pop up in the middle

- It will take a moment to initialize.
- On the “Join Session” screen, select Join.

- You have now connected to a view only session with an Impirica support technician. You can verify successful connection when the Zoho Assist screen in the bottom right displays a participant list.
