Problem:
The button box is no longer functional or the cleaning instructions are no longer effective, you will have to contact Impirica support for a new button box. Once you receive the new button box, you can follow the following instructions to successfully complete the replacement.

Solution:
  1. Ensure the system is shut down and unplugged from the power source.
  2. Lower the machine into its flat position and ensure the silver bolts are locked into place.
  3. Flip the machine upside down to gain access to the stand plate.

  4. Undo the 10 screws holding the plate to the stand.

  5. Once the place is removed, you should see the button box with a USB cable plugged in. Unplug the USB cable from the button box.
  6. Undo the 4 screws holding the button box in place.

  7. Remove the old button box and carefully slot the new button box in place.
  8. With the new button box in place, screw in the 4 screws.
