Managing Participants in the App
Creating a Participant
Entering the correct birth year is critical when creating a participant!
Only Impirica support can change the birth year.
Written Guide:
Tap on the dataset where you want to create the participant.
Confirm you are in the correct dataset by looking in the top middle of the screen.
Tap on "+ ADD PARTICIPANT" in the bottom right of the screen.
Fill in the relevant details of your participant.
The birth year is a required field. Entering the correct birth year is critical.
Once a participant is saved, you cannot change the birth year. This can only be changed by contacting Impirica support.
After entering the relevant details, tap on "Save".
A confirmation screen will ask you to review the details.
Tap "Cancel" if any of the information needs to be edited.
Tap "OK" to create the participant if all the details are correct.
Editing a Participant

You can edit the participant's details by tapping the pen and paper icon next to their name.
Make your edits, then click "Save" at the bottom of the page to confirm your edits.
If your participant is not showing up on other devices, please check the Wi-Fi connectivity to ensure the Impirica Portal and App can successfully sync with one another.
