Missing the start assessment buttons

Portal In-Office Assessments:

If you are signed into the Impirica portal and looking to start a Vitals or DCAT assessment, these assessments can only performed from the Impirica app.
If the screen you are seeing matches the below example, you are signed into the portal and not the Impirica app.


Portal On-Road Assessments:

If you are looking to manually enter or edit an on-road assessment (CORE or DORE) and are not seeing the "Start CORE" or "Start DORE" buttons, please contact Impirica support for troubleshooting.

In-Office and On-Road assessments from the Impirica app:

If you are signed into the Impirica app and you are missing a start assessment button, you may not have been given access to perform those assessments or may not be certified.
Confirm if you are in the "Training (for practice only)" dataset or a live dataset.

Training Dataset:

If you are in the "Training (for practice only)" dataset and you do not see the start assessment buttons, you have not been granted permissions for that assessment.
For example, if you see the "Start Vitals" button but you do not see the "Start CORE" button, you have not been enrolled into the CORE certification training.

Live Dataset:

If you are in a live dataset and you are not seeing the start assessment button, you may not be certified to perform the assessment.
If the "+ ADD SESSION" button is grayed out, you are not yet certified or not enrolled to perform the assessments.
