Report is not opening

If you cannot view or download the report, please use the following troubleshooting steps:

Popups:

  1. Ensure that popups are enabled. If popups are blocked, the reports may not open.
    1. Your browser may warn you popups are blocked on the Impirica portal page.
    2. The instructions for enabling popups will depend on your browser.
    3. Contact your manager or IT team for guidance.

Errors:

  1. If you experience any errors when opening a report, please contact us.
    1. Include the Web ID and the error description.
