System Travel Checklist

System Travel Checklist

When you have to travel with your All-in-One system, please use the following checklist to ensure you don't leave anything important behind.

Ensure your system package includes:
  1. All-In-One System
  2. Keyboard
  3. Ethernet Cable
  4. Wi-Fi Antenna
  5. Power Supply
  6. Training Webcam
  7. Assessment Manual
  8. Assessment Stim Cards

To prepare the system for travel, follow the below steps:
  1. Power down and unplug the unit
  2. Unscrew the Wi-Fi antenna from the top of the unit, and place in the case
  3. Place the arm that holds the computer/monitor in the travel position:
    1. Hold the top of the computer/monitor with hand.
    2. On both sides of the base of the arm, there are two silver-colored knobs. Pull both knobs out. You may need to push slightly back on the computer/monitor to release pressure on the knobs before they can be pulled out.
    3. Gently lower the computer/monitor and arm so that it is parallel to the ground.
    4. Push the silver knobs into the support holes in the monitor arm.
  4. Carefully pick up the DCAT and lower it into the case.
  5. When you reach the DCAT’s destination, reverse the above instructions to setup the unit.
