Training Videos not Marking as Complete

​Videos must be watched from start to finish. Skipping ahead or closing early will not count as completion. 
If you are watching the training videos and not receiving completion checkmarks, use the following troubleshooting steps:
  1. Ensure you watch the entire video from start to finish.
    1. Skipping forward or closing the video early will not complete the video.
    2. Wait until you see the replay icon, then close the training video using the "X" button at the top right of the popup.
  2. Use a different browser.
    1. If using Google Chrome, try Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox.
  3. If you are on your organization's network, try using a personal device or a different Wi-Fi network.
    1. The IT security or firewall settings may be blocking the ability for the videos to be marked as complete.
  4. If none of the above steps solved the issue, please contact us for further troubleshooting.
