New users cannot self-register, and an organization cannot create them inside the Impirica Portal. If you need to add a new employee so they can perform assessments or access reports, please email the request to Impirica support. This article covers what to send us, the difference between the evaluator and administrator roles, and what happens once the account is created.
Email addresses are tied to training records and certifications, and they cannot be transferred. Each person must have a unique email address. If you need to change your email account details or email address, please contact Impirica support.
Before you start
- Confirm the new user has a unique email address that has not been used with Impirica before.
- There are costs associated with each enrollment, as defined in Schedule B of your contract.
- If you are not listed as an approver (primary, secondary, or training contact), the request must be approved before we complete the enrollment.
Training enrollment fees apply per your license agreement. Administrative users do not incur a training fee. If an administrator is later given access to certification training, they become an evaluator and the fee applies.
