How to Add or Edit an On Road Evaluation

Adding a new On Road Evaluation

Written Guide:

If you completed a paper CORE or DORE assessment, you can manually enter the information into the Impirica Portal to receive your score and report.
  1. Navigate to the dataset and participant for which you want to enter the CORE/DORE.
    1. If the participant does not exist, create a new one or check your tablets if the participant has not synced.
  2. On the right side of the participant results page, you can either:
    1. Click on the "New Test" button if there is no current session.
    2. If there is a current session, click on the pen and paper icon, then skip to step 4.
  3. Choose a reason for the session using the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on the "Start CORE" or "Start DORE" button.
  5. Fill in all the details on the general page.
    1. Choose the correct location and course based on the evaluation.
    2. Select the correct on-road evaluator name under "Assigned evaluator".
    3. Vehicle type cannot be changed after the evaluation is saved. Please ensure you have selected the correct one!
  6. After filling in all applicable information, click "Next" at the bottom of the page.
  7. Complete the Skills Appraisal section then click "Next".
  8. Move through each error category and add the error codes and quantities.
    1. After selecting an error code and quantity, click the "+" button to add it. If you don't click the "+" button, it will not add the error.
  9. Once you have finished entering the error codes, click on "Complete" at the bottom of the page.
    1. You will be redirected to the participant results page.

Editing an On-Road Evaluation

Editing an error via the Impirica portal will result in the loss of GPS coordinates for that specific error.

Written Guide:

  1. Navigate to the dataset and participant.
  2. Click the pen and paper icon to edit the session.
  3. Click the "Edit CORE" or "Edit DORE" button.
  4. Make your edits on the general page then click "Next".
  5. Make your edits on the Skills Appraisal page then click "Next".
  6. Add or remove any error codes:
    1. Remove errors one at a time by clicking the trashcan icon.
    2. Add errors by choosing the error code and quantity, then clicking the "+" icon.
  7. Once you are finished, click "Complete" at the bottom of the page.
    1. You will be redirected to the participant results page.
