Next or back buttons missing in the portal

Rarely, when entering or editing an on-road assessment in the Impirica portal, the buttons at the bottom of the page will be missing. Use the following steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Close the Impirica portal page.
  2. Clear your browser cache by following the steps for your browser.
  3. Reopen the Impirica portal and attempt to enter or edit the on-road assessment again.
If clearing the cache does not work, please try using a different browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox.
