Managing Participants in the Portal

Creating a Participant

Alert
Entering the correct birth year is critical when creating a participant!
Only Impirica support can change the birth year.

Written Guide:

  1. Select the dataset where you want to create the participant.
    1. Confirm you are in the correct dataset by looking in the top right.
  2. Click on "New Participant" in the top right.
  3. Fill in the relevant details of your participant.
    1. The birth year is a required field. Entering the correct birth year is critical.
    2. Once a participant is saved, you cannot change the birth year. This can only be changed by contacting Impirica support.
  4. After entering the relevant details, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
  5. A confirmation screen will ask you to review the details.
    1. Click "Cancel" if any of the information needs to be edited.
    2. Click "Confirm" to create the participant if all the details are correct.

Editing a Participant

Written Guide:

  1. You can edit the participant's details by clicking on their name or the arrow on the right.
    1. This will open the participant results screen.
  2. Click on the "Details" tab on the top left.
  3. Make your edits, then click "Save" at the bottom of the page to confirm your edits.

If your participant is not showing up on other devices, please check the Wi-Fi connectivity to ensure the Impirica Portal and App can successfully sync.
