Not seeing the results or participant in the portal

If you are not seeing the participant or the results in the Impirica portal, please perform the following steps for troubleshooting:
  1. Confirm in which dataset the participant was created on the tablet and ensure you are looking at the same dataset in the portal.
    1. Please check to ensure the  participant was not created in the "Training (for practice only)" dataset.
  2. Check for publishing issues on the tablet.
    1. If you have multiple tablets, verify you are on the tablet used to create the participant.

If the participant or assessment needs to be moved or merged, please contact us with the following information:
  1. The Web ID(s) of the participant/assessment to be moved/merged.
  2. The dataset or Web ID(s) where the participant/assessment needs to be moved/merged.
    1. If you need multiple participants moved/merged, detail it clearly to avoid further issues.
